Coming out of Rosemount St James, 45 year old Dionne Smith and her 16 year old daughter Jayshenel Gordon who is a student of Herbert Morrison Technical High were beheaded by Ms. Smith’s spouse Fabian Lyew Sang early Sunday morning 23rd September, 2018.

 The man later committed suicide by driving Ms. Smith car into the Rio Cobre river.
