Student shot dead by suspcted cultist at Alvan Ikoku college of education main gate Owerri.

A 300 level computer science student identified as Caleb from Umuokpara Okigwe has been shot dead at Alvan Ikoku college of education school gate Owerri by unknown gunmen.
