Police arrest 2 ladies for indecent dressing in Rivers state.

Every day we heard one or two weird news that will leave you stunted. Report has it these ladies were arrested today in Garrison area of Port-Harcourt for indecent dressing. When did they start arresting people for dressing indecently.
