When the governors are expecting the Paris club alert.

Recently the 36 governors in Nigeria met with the President Mohammed Buhari in Abuja to see how the president can assist them in meeting up with their financial obligations. They want to get the largesse from the Paris club refund to help them in their recurrent expenditure.

Most states cannot pay their workers salaries and have been bailed out in the past by the federal government. The amount given to them has runs into billions of naira. And yet, some of them cannot pay salaries.

So when most of the governor's were leaving to their states, someone took a picture of them checking their phones and shared it on his Facebook page.
