This man was caught around 3am trying to steal a car from a man's house, the neighbours caught him and tied him all around with a rope.
According to a post shared by Abdulahi Wali on his page he wrote, Just caught in Tunga, at the back of Bahago Plaza Minna today 3:00am midnight.
