Resident of Gombe street, Wadata in Makurdi, Benue state capital were thrown into mourning when an live electric cable fell off from the electric pole and fell on a 3-year-old boy identified as Daniel Chidi and electrocuted him.
24hours Road Accident victims support Initiative a non governmental organization who came to the scene immediately rushed the child to Hope Hospital where the doctor confirmed him dead.
The incident has been reported to the police Head headquarters and Jos electricity distribution company (JEDC) who also came to the scene of accident.
Sad indeed.
