So today is first of April and in some countries it's know as fools day. Nigerians call it April fool day and it's a day they play pranks on unsuspecting persons. So many persons have fallen for such pranks in the past which may end up in unnecessary bickering when the person at the receiving end is not cut out for such pranks. So it's all about the mischievous people, their victims and the pranks they play.
Okay that's enough about Nigerians and the way they do their thing on the 1st of April. I saw on Twitter this morning a tweet from one of the world biggest passenger carrier Emirates and they showed a picture of unveling of what will supposedly be the biggest airplanes in the world when completed. They named it APR001 capturing the mood of the day.
They wrote on their handle, "Emirates unveil plans for world biggest commercial airplane. The triple decker APR001 includes a swimming pool, games room, gym and park.
This is insane going by the specifications, but trust people to notice immediately that it is all prank. One of their followers @Bankelele quickly wrote, "aah, its not yet midnight" Another said, 'April fool day have already started in earnest i can see" Some of the comments on the thread were quite hilarous.
Nice one Emirates, am absolutely loving it.
