Don't know how this happened but Twitter user @Wuup24 said that a man was caught raping a girl by the youth of a community in Niger state and they cut off his penis. One of the youth posed with the severed penis in the picture that is now trending on Twitter. Wonders shall never cease. When will jungle justice stop in this country.
