Police arrest two men for kidnapping and raping a 19 year old girl in Imo state

Two men have been arrested for abducting and serially raping a 19-year-old girl, Debora Ginikachukwu in Imo state.

The men identified as Onumajuru Victor, 20, and Chibike Chikere, 25, according to the police carried out the dastardly act on August 29, 2018.

A gang of five armed men which the two are members were said to have kidnapped the victim and took her to their hide-out.

However, operatives of the Imo State police command, acting on a credible intelligence, rescued Debora unhurt and subsequently arrested the above named suspects in possession of her handset.

The suspects unlawfully had carnal knowledge of the victim while in captivity. They are now co operating with police in their investigation.
