Dr Eric Ojeh said its his Christmas gift. He wrote, My Christmas gift, just finished a case, a woman with a fibroid weighing 9.8kg with baby weighing 1.8kg. This happened at Nigerian Christian hospital Aba.

An unspecified number of family members have perished in fatal road accident on the ever busy Auchi-Benin expressway according to a story shared on Facebook by one user.

Former chief of Defence staff Alex Badeh killed by unknown gunmen.

Former Chief of Defence Staff Air Chief marshal Alex Badeh is dead.

According to Ibikunle Daramola, spokesman of the Nigerian Air Force, who made the announcement on Twitter late on Tuesday night, Badeh died from gunshot wounds he sustained when his vehicle was attacked while returning from his farm along Abuja-Keffi Road.

“It is with a heavy heart that I regretfully announce the unfortunate demise of former Chief of Defence Staff, Air Chief Marshal Alex Badeh, who died today, 18 Dec 18, from gunshot wounds sustained when his vehicle was attacked while returning from his farm along Abuja-Keffi Road,” he said.

“On behalf officers, airmen and airwomen of the Nigerian Air Force, the Chief of the Air Staff, Air Marshal Abubakar, commiserates with the family of the late former Chief of Defence Staff over this irreparable loss. We pray that the Almighty God grants his soul eternal rest.”

Bade was CDS between January 2014 and July 2015, after earlier serving as Chief of Air Staff between October 2012 and January 2014.

Man arrest a fake blind beggar in Warri, Delta state.

Facebook user Joshua Omorere has taken to his page to narrate how he arrested a fake blind woman from Imo state who came to hustle in Warri, Delta state. He warned members of the public to stop giving money to some of these fake beggars. Read him.

Stop giving beggers money mostly those women from the eastern part of Nigeria that goes about as blind people, none of them are blind. They comes to Warri from the east mostly from IMO state to hussle in Warri as blind.

I have severally warn this particular woman and some others at Jakpa junction but they refused to desist from this ugly trade. I had to formally report them to the Police at Ebrumede, on the 12th of December 2018 at about quarter to 11am I storm Jakpa junction with police officers to arrest her.

Although some were very smart to have escape but luck ran against this woman, at first herself and her daughter were crying and the Police officers were just contemplating whether to continue the arrest or leave her because they were convince the woman is blind but I insist.

On getting to the station ,one other Police man threatening to put tear gas in her eyes, it was then she owe up that she is not blind.

 Her name according to her is Ada Nwachukwu ,she came to Warri to hussle from Orlu in IMO state. Let's not encourage these women by giving them money, none of them are blind. I mean none of them are blind. They make a minimum of five thousand naira daily, as at when she was arrested she had made N3,270.

12 year old girl recused from her mother who want to use her for rituals.

Wonder they say shall never cease, when you think you've heard it all, another hits you like a thunder out of the blues.

A mother has been caught while trying to sell her 12 year old daughter to ritualist in Oghara Ethiope East local government area of Delta state.

In an incredible story share on their Facebook wall, Sapele Oghenek wrote that the said mother lured her daughter to an incomplete building where she intends to kill her and hand her over her body parts to the ritualist.

She was in the process of cutting off her daughter's head when the screams of the girl drew the attention of the neighbours who quickly came to her rescue.

She was arrested and handed over to the police while her daughter was rushed to a hospital. Meanwhile, the police have arrested the would be buyer of the parts of the girl and he's cooling his heads in the police station.

Fake alert, lady duped of over a 400 thousand by man that gave her fake bank alert.

A lady that goes by the name Sandra Joe has taken to a popular Facebook group to share a story of how a man duped her over four hundred thousand naira when he sent her a fake bank alert.

So i was at the office today eating when three well-dressed men walked in,they said they needed 10 pieces of INFINIX HOT6X and each phone cost 48,050.

I was over-joyed that my xmas go dey soft little did i know that the devil was laughing at me....I started writing reciepts and when it was time for payment,i gave them our boss's Zenith bank account to make the transfer since they didnt  come with cash buh the transfer wasnt successful,so the sales girl who was banking with Fidelity gave them her own  account number to run the transfer and boooom an alert entered indicating that the money has been transferred successfully.

I now sent the girl to withdraw the money as the customers left buh lo and behold the money didn't reflect on the girl's account and that was how i was duped today 482,500 which means the alert was flashing and not real..Now i will be paying for an avoidable mistake...

Please you all should stay woke this festive period so that no one will feel the pain that i am feeling now..

A man who couldn't kill his wife after chasing her with cutlass has strangled to death all his children at the same time burnt their 2 room apartment and later hanged himself. The incident happened in Eleme Rivers state.

2 suspected teen cultist arrested by the police in Onitsha Anambra state.

Anambra police command have arrested 2 suspected teen cultist in Awada, Onitsha for stealing a mobile phone from a resident .

On the 9/12/2018 at about 7:10 pm, Police patrol team attached to Awada Division responded to a distress call at Gaius Street, Awada where a group of suspected cultists were operating and arrested one Osai Ikechukwu 'm' aged 18years of Akabogwu Street Awada and Ikenna Ofonaya 'm' aged 17years of Alex Aja Street, Awada respectively.

Suspects allegedly  robbed one Ofor Odinaka 'm' of Nwazike Street Awada of his GSM phone.

Exhibits recovered in their possession include Axe,complimentary card of Supreme Vikings Awalina and other incriminating items.

Meanwhile, the suspects  have confessed to be members of Junior vickings (JVC) cult group.

Man caught by local vigilante after stealing from a drinking spot in Sapele.

A man who burglarized a drinking spot and took away some properties have been caught by a local vigilante in Sapele, Delta state.

In a post shared by Sapele Oghenek on their Facebook wall, they said that luck ran out of the man after stealing from a drink spot opposite St Brigids Catholic church as he was caught by the vigilante group. Recovered from him is a 32 inches television set.

Woman arrested for battering her house help in Lagos.

The International Federation of Women Lawyers (FIDA) Lagos Chapter and the Girl Child Foundation, an NGO have taken up the case of a little girl named Ngozi Uba who was seriously battered by her madam Mrs. Chioma Obi for allegedly cutting her children’s finger nails without accounting for where she kept the nails.

Narrating the story to Dnllegalandstyle, a source said, “Mrs. Chioma Obi who lives in Ago Palaceway Okota, Lagos took the little girl as a house help and has been maltreating and beating her at every opportunity. On this recent occasion, she complained that Ngozi cut her children’s fingernails and branded her a witch, after which she inflicted deep cut injuries on her body leaving her in pains and agony. The poor girl still carried the wounds to school.

It was at her school, “Kingdom of God School, No. 7/9 Community Road Ago Palaceway Okota” that the fact of her ordeal was brought to the attention of the Proprietor of the school who immediately reported the case to the police. Mrs. Chioma was then arrested.

Even at the police station, Mrs. Chioma who apparently did not realize the gravity of what she did, was unrepentant and showed no remorse over her actions. It was her husband Mr. Chidozie Obi who claimed to have returned recently from Cotonou that was pleading with the police to forgive his wife and release the child back to him. He also made an undertaken to ensure that his wife does not beat the girl again.

However, things took a twist when the fact of the above incident was brought to the knowledge of FIDA Lagos and the Girl Child Foundation. They immediately swung into action refusing the whole arrangement with the Police and insisting that Mrs. Chioma must be charged to court and prosecuted. FIDA and the NGO also demanded the immediate release of the child to the NGO to enable them take her to a safe shelter.

According to the spokesperson of FIDA Lagos, the injuries are so grievous that they cannot risk allowing the woman take back the child.

They have vowed to make sure that she is charged to court and we would pursue the case until justice is gotten for little girl Chioma.

Man killed his girlfriend and buried her in his room in Port-Harcourt, Rivers state.

A guy identified as J boy has killed his girlfriend identified as Ozige Nwabueze and buried her inside his one room apartment around Wimpy junction by Ikwere road Port Harcourt.

The incident occurred on Sunday but the suspect was arrested on Tuesday by policemen following a tip-off

It was gathered that the suspect popularly called J-boy had confessed to some of his friends about his deed and they alerted the police who moved in and arrested him

A young man who raped a 3 year old baby in Rivers state have been left off the hook simply because his mother don't have money to prosecute the case. The story was shared on Facebook.

Man shot dead by a local vigilante in Bomadi, Bayelsa state.

On 30th of  November 2018, it was reported that one Eziekiel Wikimor who hails from Esanma town was gunned down by the local government vigilante set up to curb crime and cult related activities in the locality.

The said Eziekiel who was sleeping in his house with his girlfriend on the said day as narrated by the investigation police officer (IPO),was gunned down before he arrived the scene of the incident.

According to IPO,there was a cult related issue that crop up within the said time and both the local government vigilante and himself went out on a raid based on an information that the 2ic of Icelanders was in town and his whereabouts is known, so they got to the particular house  and found someone there whom the IPO know by his name which he later arrested according to his statement.

On his way to the station he got another call from the vigilante that they have seen another person that he should come quickly for the arrest, on reaching there he found the said Eziekiel on his pool of his blood, when asked what happened, the group of vigilante told him that Eziekiel was resisting arrest  and struggled the gun with them and all they could remember is that the gun  exploded and it hits the said young man which led to his death.

From other version of the story has it that when they got to Eziekiel apartment which he shared with his friend since he barely stays in the town. The door was locked and the group of Vigilante broke into the house and on seeing them he started struggling  with them before he was shot at the thigh which led to his death.

According to reports from the community, the trigger friendly vigilante has in one occasion shot on a young man named  Udens on his buttocks and also  used that same gun to cause severe bodily harm to another.

The news is that the said group of Vigilante still wield their weapons around the community with boastful statements that they will kill more if anybody is found wanting.

One could not help but wonder that after 72hours the said assailant has not been quarantined,arrested for been a security threat till now.

 Family members have gone to know the cause of death of their son from the police and giving them 24hrs to arrest the said vigilante.

University undergraduate arrested for ritual killing in Lagos state.

A 20 year old student from Aguleri in Anambra West Local Government Area of Anambra State, was said to have consulted two Abeokuta, Ogun State-based Islamic clerics, Kabiru Badmos and Nurudeen Shodaolu, who undertook to perform a money-making ritual for him with a human skull and other body parts for N250,000.

The Police Public Relations Officer for the zone, Dolapo Badmus, said on Monday that the clerics consulted two men, Olarewaju Jimoh and Mayewunmi Lukmon, who worked at a cemetery to exhume dead bodies for them.

She revealed that the skull and other human parts were grinded and mixed with black soap for Nnacheta to use  before going to his Bet9ja shop.

Badmus stated,

“A modest achievement we have made is that of a 20-year-old man, who said he wanted to become a billionaire overnight. He consulted some herbalists/Islamic clerics, who asked him to get a human skull and other body parts.

“The herbalists/clerics hired two men, who work in a cemetery. The two men were able to exhume dead bodies. The two men confessed that they gave out skulls, which the herbalists/clerics grinded and mixed with black soap.

“In the process, the police got information about them and arrested the suspects.”

Nnacheta said that he had asked the clerics to make him prosperous in his Bet9ja business as he had no parents.

He noted that he had paid the clerics to prepare the concoction that would make him rich before the police arrested them.

SA lady got her teeth knocked off by a white man for honking at him at a fast food joint.

A South African lady has had her front teeth knocked out for daring to honk on a white man in a fast food joint. She took to Facebook to express her frustration for the treatment she got from the authorities and share some of her pictures.

She wrote, This is me lying in a hospital bed because I made the mistake of hooting at a white male driving a Chemco SA vehicle at KFC Willows drive-thru in Bloemfontein this morning. He hit me with a fist and broke my front teeth and left me lying on the ground. The first South African Police Service officers on the scene told us they could not help us because it was not in their jurisdiction, and to call 10111. It has been 10 hours and I still do not have a case number. The perpetrator's car can be identified and traced but still no arrest has been made. I'm beyond defeated.
