"We care more about pictures and video" lady berates Nigerians for not helping accident victims.

This happened right in front of me 6:15pm at Lekki phase 1 yesterday . A vehicle heading to the toll gate jumped to the opp. lane and hit this jeep and a car in front of our bus

I got down and tried to help whilst people drove by like nothing happened. Thank God no lives were lost.

People were just driving and minding their business. There were helpless injured people on the floor. Nobody gave a helping hand. I had to tear a piece of my shirt, used my office neck tie to hold a man's bleeding head together. People were more about videos and pictures!

Thank God for a guy who had to cut some people loose who were trapped to their seat belts. Thank God for a man from FRSC too, he was on casual but hurriedly provided first aid after checking vital signs. So to those who took pictures. SO to those who said Ewo! Jesus! Eya! Pele!

In the end, the ambulance came after being caught in traffic. Did I tell you they took pictures when they arrived? Took another 5mins to attend to the injured victims. It's the 2nd accident I'm witnessing along this same lekki 1. Safe journey to and from work is underrated
