Cameroonian finance minister commissions ATM machine. Pictures

In Cameroon, the minister of Finance has commissioned an ATM machine. The picture of the event which has since gone viral has elicited condemnation from Africans.

One of such is form Maybelle Boma a popular Cameroonian blogger and singer, she wrote, "I resisted posting this for 24hrs but decided to post it now. My Facebook family just so you know, in Cameroon the  minister of Finance inaugurates an  ATM machine"
