Former popular Catholic priest set to get married in March.

A former Catholic priest who resigned as a priest in the Catholic church to begin his own ministry is set to walk down the aisle if reports by Akwa-Ibom based journalist Samuel Abasiekong Abasiekong is anything to go by.

In a post shared on his facebook wall Abasiekong wrote, Rev. Fr. Patrick Henry Edet who resigned from Catholic church about six months ago to get married on March 17, 2018.

It will be recalled that former Rev fr Patrick caused a stir last year in the Catholic church when he went to a radio station to announce his resignation from the church. Before then, he's already a popular man in and around Akwa-Ibom state because of his weekly programmes both on radio and television.
