The man only identified as Munyao from Kinyai village, was seen pulling the two goats from a bush where the animals had been tied on Saturday 13 January according to the area assistant Chief Mary Mulwa.
The two goats are said to have taken their last breaths after Munyao was done with them.
The images of the two dead goats and the man in the police station have had a lot of Kenyans on social media talking with most of them condemning the inhumane act.
He was however released on a sh100, 000 bond after he pleaded not guilty.
