2 babies dumped by their mother in a cellophane bag in Kebbi state.

According to reports, two babies were found after being dumped apparently by their mothers in Kebbi state.

One of the babies was found after the JNI Office in Birnin Kebbi and the other was picked up in Bawada area of Gulumbe district in the state. One of the babies was rescued alive while the other was found dead in a polythene bag.

What a world? While some women a struggling to get babies others are dumping their own.
