A thief who was caught stealing car battery was rescued yesterday from being lynched by an angry mobs after they doused him with petrol and almost set him ablaze in Uyo, Akwa Ibom State capital.
After he was saved by a good Samaritan from being killed, the good samaritan called the police immediately who arrived the scene and take the boy into their custody . Though it wasn't easy for the angry mobs to obey him not to burn the thief.
