According to Cameroonian Anglophone blogger Maybelle Boma who posted this on her Facebook wall, she alleged that these disturbing picture of two young girls scooping water from what seem like a burst water pipe was captured in the Cameroon. She did not indicate the specific place that it happened.

This is sad. When will we ( Africans ) start providing basic amenities for it's populace. When can say yes, we have arrived in this continent. Shame on some of our leaders
