4 died and 3 in coma after a road accident involving secondary school principals in Delta state.

According to Sapele Oghenk who posted this story on his Facebook wall, he narrated how some secondary school principals from Ethopie West local government area of Delta state were involved in an accident when they want to visit the state commissioner of education.

This is what he wrote, due the the ongoing strike by the secondary school teachers in Delta state, the commissioner of education called for a meeting of all secondary school principals in the state in Kwale. The principal's in Ethiopie West LGA decided that it will be better to go in a group rather individual. They hired a vehicle to convey them to the venue of the meeting.

He said that the vehicle somersault betweeen Oghara and Mosogar which according to him is a very notorious spot where many accidents have reportedly occurred in the past. According to one of the occupant of the bus, Mrs Erayamo, she said that it not been long they left Oghara junction which is their take off point when the accident happened apparently as a result of failed brake.

Continuing, he said that when people rushed to the scence they noticed that two principals have died on the spot.
When the others that were injured was rushed to a teaching hospital in Oghara, two other principals died bringing the number of those that died to four. 3 others are still in coma while the driver of the vehicle sustained serious injuries.
