Wicked! Landlady pours hot water on her tenant for not paying her electricity bill.

A landlady is on the run after scalding the scalp of her tenant with hot water for allegedly refusing to pay her electricity bill. The incident happened in Akwa-Ibom state and according to Lizzy Ekpe who shared the story, the electricity bill is just 370 naira.
