Man beat his mum to death in Akwa-Ibom state after a prophet says she's a witch.

A man has allegedly beaten his mum to death in Nsit Ubium local government in Akwa-Ibom state.

In a report shared by Trezzyhelm they said that the man carried out the dastardly act after a prophet told him that his much is a witch and is responsible for all his woes.

They wrote, "According to an eye witness, the man confessed that a certain prophet gave him a prophecy that his mother is a witch and behind his sufferings"
