Check out the kind of bicycle that a man was seen riding in Lagos.
A man was seen on the street of Lagos riding what can be termed a "tall" bicycle. The bicycle is "taller" than most cars. It is said that the guy has been riding the bicycle for years in Lagos. Quite innovative.
