The Springwater in the mountains has recently turned into ice in the west suburban area of Beijing.
Besides visiting ice sculptors and skiing, people in Beijing now have another choice to enjoy winter as various scenic spots across the city's man-made icy waterfalls attract visitors.
The cold fronts have swept across the city, continually making the weather clear and dry.
But there is no snow in sight, during this short period.
