A farmer and father of two children is lucky to be alive after being hit by a gas canister fired by security operatives following the chaos in Aba, Abia state.
The man who was hit by the canister near his chest region - was left seriously injured. The victim has been taken to a hospital by residents for him to be treated.
Hope the government will take action to stop this unnecessary skirmishes.
