Ex-mayor commits suicide in Zambia.

A former mayor in Zambia province of Chipata Mayor Jealous Phiri has committed suicide. He drank a pesticide

He was found dead in his car in the School pitch near a shanty compound west of Chipata town with a small container containing a named pesticide which is believed he used when terminating his life.

As can be seen in the picture police officers are taking his body to mortuary.
