This picture was posted by Tijani Nifemi on his Facebook wall by and it allegedly shows a lady that wad killed in an accident in Lagos. This is what he wrote, " This lady was involved in a fatal motor accident this morning at Apapa Lagos, both she and the okada rider died on the spot. Please anybody that know her should kindly come to Apapa police station.
