Shocking: Watch how this army captain was lynched to death in Ghana.

A Ghanaian armed forces captain identified as Captain Maxwell Mahama have been lynched to death in Diaso by the community youth who took him for an armed robber because he was carrying a pistol.

The captain who was stationed at Diaso, Western region of Ghana was jogging in the morning when he stopped to ask women of the community for direction. That was his greatest undoing, the women who saw the pistol on him quickly alerted the assembly men who in turn organized the youths and they lynched him to death.

Report has it that the community witnessed an armed robbery attack the previous day and seeing a man with a pistol made them to be suspicious. Captain Maxwell was said not to be on any uniform when he went out for the jogging that took his life.

It was gathered that all plea by him that he was an army officer fell on deaf ears and he was stoned to death and burnt.
