Daily Post is reporting that a mother of a yet to be identified bride, Saidat Iya Kola has died in a road accident in Ibadan that also killed one other occupant of the vehicle.
The accident involved a sports utility vehicle conveying relatives of yet to be identified couple getting married on Saturday afternoon in Ibadan.
It was reported that the SUV which was among the cars in the convoy conveying the relatives of the couple got involved in the road accident killing the duo on the spot.
The accident it was gathered occurred at Academy Area along the Lagos-Ibadan Expressway.
It was also learnt that the occupants of the SUV were probably on their way to the wedding reception.
Meanwhile, the identity of the second person who also died on the spot of the accident has not been revealed.
