Twin bomb blast leaves 16 dead and 35 injured in Biu, Borno state.
A twin bomb blast has been reported in Biu town Market in Biu LGA, Borno state. . . Casualties include: 16 people with the 2 suicide bombers. 35 others were left with varying degrees injuries.
