Cold, Cold and more Cold! China experience temperature as low as minus 40.

Tourists threw water splash into the air which immediately turned into a circle of ice fog in northern most Chinese city of Mohe on December 2, 2017.

Temperature has reached minus 40 degrees Celsius in Mohe on Saturday.

Mohe is in northeastern Heilongjiang Province, which borders Russia.

Winter lingers for about seven months in the city, with frost-free season only staying for around 90 days a year.
