Man machete his wife and then kill himself in Asaba, Delta state.

This is Evangelist Mrs Promise lying down critically at the intensive care unit of the Federal Medical Centre Asaba.

Her husband inflicted these  injuries on her with a machete  on Monday evening. 

She returned from a journey that evening, little did she know that the husband had prepared to kill her. As soon as she entered  their room the man started cutting from her head, The son then cried out to neighbours and then  to the police to report the case.

Only for the police to  arrive the scene to meet the man on the floor. He used the same machete to kill himself. His body has been deposited in  mortuary.
What a world? 

This woman has been going through hell in her marriage. There are so many women enduring their marriage they can't confide on anyone until something terrible happens to them.

Please there a cry for help,  Evangelist Promise needs attention financially and otherwise.  prayers should also  to be raised on her behalf.

Man kills his wife and dumps her body in a lagoon in Lagos state.

The lifeless body of a woman was found beneath a water in Oke Eri street area of Oworonshoki. It was gathered that  the deceased and her husband were constantly having fights and this was known to the neighbours. Some days ago, they had a fight which resulted in the husband getting her arrested. She was detained in the police station in Oworonshoki and later released the next day.

On arriving home, another fight ensued that led to her demise. Report has it that the husband battered her to stupor until she passed out. Noticing she was lifeless, he shaved all her hair and dumped her body in the water.

Neighbours who were bothered about her whereabout inquired from the husband who was quick to deny having knowledge of where she has gone.

Her lifeless body which was seen in the water was found by a neighbour who alerted the people in the neighborhood. At the time of filling this report, the man had since been arrested and whisked way to the Oworonshoki police station of Lagos state

Dangote truck crushed a woman to death along Enugu/Port-Harcourt expressway

A ghastly road accident that happened along Enugu-Port Harcourt Expressway at Ihe junction has claimed the life of a woman and left Okada rider unconscious with a fractured leg.

According to report, a truck belonging to  Dangote group lost control and crushed the woman and every of her internal organ and other parts of her body which includes heart, kidney, lungs and legs were separated from her corpse.

The good news is that the baby she was carrying survived it and is alive.

Former popular Catholic priest set to get married in March.

A former Catholic priest who resigned as a priest in the Catholic church to begin his own ministry is set to walk down the aisle if reports by Akwa-Ibom based journalist Samuel Abasiekong Abasiekong is anything to go by.

In a post shared on his facebook wall Abasiekong wrote, Rev. Fr. Patrick Henry Edet who resigned from Catholic church about six months ago to get married on March 17, 2018.

It will be recalled that former Rev fr Patrick caused a stir last year in the Catholic church when he went to a radio station to announce his resignation from the church. Before then, he's already a popular man in and around Akwa-Ibom state because of his weekly programmes both on radio and television.

Husband slices wifes phone into two for not telling him her password.

According to the phone owner;

"My jealous husband did this to my phone. Just because I couldn't give him it's password. The phone is mine for crying out loud, what should I do?"

He said I should come and watch him slice it as onions I taught he was joking .he then took cutlass and hit the phone so hard it divided into two,

See what they did to this 19 year old boy caught taking pictures of female students taking their bath.

19-year-old Ghanaian boy Akyem Tafo was caught and humiliated after he was reportedly caught red-handed while busy taking pictures of unclad female students bathing in their hostel.


The students are of AME Zion Senior High School.

According to multiple reports, the girls were having their bath, early Monday morning, when one student spotted the intruder.

She raised an alarm which attracted the male students who apprehended the suspect and handed him over to the school authorities who in turn handed him over to the Akyem Tafo Police command

So Twitter user Veronica Lexus @veelexmuziq shared pictures of his destroyed bathroom and said it happened because she smashed his boyfriend's X-box. She wrote, "All of this because i smashed his Xbox controller"

Family of 5 burnt to death in a midnight fire in Maiduguri Borno state.

A mother and her four kids have been burnt to death while sleeping in their home in Maiduguri. The incident happened in the night and it was said to have been caused by the mosquito coil that they lit which spread to other household properties killing the family of 5.

In a post shared by Dan-Borno on his Twitter page he wrote, @DanBorno Inna lillahi wa inna ilayhin raji'un. FAMILY BURNT TO DEATH. Mother and her four kids burnt to death following midnight fire out- break from a burning mosquito coil in #Maiduguri. People should be sensitized on how to make use of mosquito coils.

So today happens to be the 94th birthday of former president of Zimbabwe Robert Mugabe and it was celebrated in low key.

Mr Mugabe who in the times past was known to have elaborate celebration that last for days to mark his day of birth quietly released a picture with his wife known as Gucci Grace to celebrate his days. It was a clear departure from the ostentatious display of wealth that was the characteristic of his birthday in the past.

Popular American evangelist Billy Graham is dead.

An American evangelical Christian evangelist William Franklin Graham Jr. is dead. Known as Billy Graham, he was an ordained Southern Baptist minister, who became well known internationally after 1949.

He was widely regarded as the most influential preacher of the 20th century. He held large indoor and outdoor rallies; sermons were broadcast on radio and television, some still being re-broadcast into the 21st century.

In his six decades of television, Graham was principally known for hosting the annual Billy Graham Crusades, which he began in 1947, until he concluded in 2005, at the time of his retirement.

Unknown gunmen attacks a South African police station killing 5 officers.

The National Commissioner of the South African Police Service, General Khehla John Sitole,has strongly condemned the attack on the Ngcobo Police Station between Umtata and Queenstown in the Eastern Cape.

An unknown group of armed suspects entered the police station in the early hours of this morning and without warning, randomly opened fire on the members on duty. Three members were killed instantly in the Community Service Centre. An off duty soldier was also shot dead as the suspects were fleeing.

The suspects made off with a police van taking two other members. The bodies of both these members with gunshot wounds were later found along the roadside, six kilometers from the police station. According to preliminary investigations, it appears that members were shot execution style.

This callous and cold-blooded attack has been condemned in the strongest possible way by the National Commissioner. "I am appalled and deeply saddened by the cold and callous attack on our colleagues this morning," said General Sitole.

"I have activated a task team comprising of experienced detectives of the South African Police Service and the Directorate for Priority Crime Investigation to investigate this attack," said General Sitole.

This team will be supported by specialized medium to high risk teams with the added support of the Airwing. "We will not rest until we have tracked down these heartless killers and bring them to book", added General Sitole.

The National Commissioner has also called upon the community to assist with any information that could help identify and bring these perpetrators to book as this is a heartless attack on the State.

While the motive for this attack is not clear yet we have established that the suspects have a robbed an ATM a short distance away from the police station, stolen 10 firearms as well as a police van from the station.
