Man arrested for smuggling phones taped to his body.

The Uganda Revenue Authority (URA) has arrested a man identified as Aaron Kawombe, while trying to smuggle mobile telephones into the country.

Kawombe was arrested on Wednesday after crossing into the Malaba side of Kenya where he bought 15 Itel phones and taped them to his body.

He later boarded a vehicle heading to Mbale. He was, however, arrested at a URA checkpoint in Malaba.

Wow... never knew there are places that smuggling of phones is illegal
