15 feared death in a Nairobi open air market fire.

About 15 persons have been burnt to death in a deadly market fire in Nairobi, Kenyan capital.

Report has it that more than 70 other persons were injured in the inferno which was said to have broke out in the middle of the night.

Properties worth millions of shillings were lost in the Gikomba market which is the largest open air market in the city of Nairobi.

Report has it that about 9 other persons were feared to trapped in the fire.
