Shocking! Police officer killed by hit and run driver this morning.

A police officer in the service of Ugandan polics ASP Francis Kato, has been knocked dead by a hit and run driver in the early hours of today.


ASP Kato until his untimely death is the Officer In Charge of Kyebando Police Post, near Kampala. He was heading to work this morning when he was hit.
