Man arrested for defiling his 13 year old daughter in Delta state.
A man has been paraded in Opuedebubor Community, Gbaramatu Kingdom, Delta State, for allegedly having a canal knowledge of his 13-year-old daughter.
It was gathered that the suspect identified as Yerin, was caught, pants down, with the girl.
He was subsequently dragged before the community elders who are currently deliberating on the appropriate punishment for him.
