It is an eyesore for the Bayelsa State Water Board Authority to be incapable of their own services; now giving room for Abokis (Mai-Ruwa) to champion their services.
According to E-media correspondent who visited the Bayelsa State Water Baoard Authority it was to discovered that water hawkers ( populary known as Mai-Ruwa) lined up to supply water to the water board offices.
The most provocative aspect of it, the environment was looking unkept and bushy.
A place of that nature deserves utmost attention, because it is responsible for pure and hygiene water supply to the state capital. Relevant agency should not feel unconcern, because water is life.
