Organizers used a family picture of notorious kidnapper during an education summit in Abuja.

Recently the federal government led by president Muhammad Buhari organized an education summit to address the myraid of problems bedevilling the education sector in the country. It aimed at identifying some of the problems facing education and proffer solutions to move the sector to meet up with standard practices all over the world.

The summit was attended by stakeholders in the educational sector and was held at the old banquet hall of the presidential villa popularly known as Aso Rock.

That just to give you a background to my picture which caught my attention online. I saw this picture that was shared by an eagle eyed Nigerian who shared it on social media. It shows the that during the meeting, the organiser of the summit used a picture of the family of famed billionaire kidnapper popularly known as Evans in the backdrop to depict the sorry state of Nigerian education sector.

The picture is a screenshots of a video made by the family of Evans who are holded up in far away Canada crying and begging the police to release their father and husband. The video went viral when it was released.

Who came up with such picture to be used in such an important gathering. It's such a shame.
