A fire outbreak has rendered some persons homeless and destroyed properties worth thousands of Naira in Gbarain-Ubie LNG site in Yenagoa, Bayelsa state.
According to Bodmas Kemepadei who reported the incident, the blaze started around 2:30 am in a residence of a commercial sex worker and quickly spread to all the adjoining buildings.
The cause of the fire is still unknown but unconfirmed reports has it that the residents of those commercial sex worker where the fire started has gallons of fuel.
The area is said to be occupied by mostly commercial sex workers.
