A 40-year-old man, Stephen Ogho-Oghene Akpata who allegedly stabbed his wife, Onyinye Faustina Eze, to death, along the Kpansia area of Yenagoa has been arrested by the police in Bayelsa state.
Osaro Akindele Okhomina who witnessed the incident revealed that the suspect confessed to the police that he made love to the deceased for an hour and shortly afterwards, he saw a message on her phone and suspected her of infidelity.
He became angry and an argument ensued before he stabbed her on the neck and shoulder.
He also confessed to have served in various detention centers in Australia.
