Earlier today, Compol Garba Baba Umaru interviewed a lady who was arrested after dumping her one day old baby in the bush due to poverty in Onitsha. Out of his magnunimity, the Police Commissioner of Anambra State handed a huge amount of money to the young lady to carter for herself and the baby.
