A man in his 20s has cut off his penis in a bizzare manner in the U.S. state of Chicago. The man who is suspected to be of Arab origin, was said to be high on some form of illicit drugs.
Police alleged that his drug intakes may have made him to behave in bizarre manner.
The man was seen walking around naked. The police had fired a taser at him in order to incapacitate him temporarily.
Everything happened after he had cut off his own manhood.
