President Joseph Kabila stuck after heavy rains in Eastern DRC and opts to walk. This is one of the problems with African leaders. They have refused to improve infrastructure and keep acquiring and looting the collective wealth of the people. Thankfully he choose to go on the road and then this happened. Hope he will help his people by constructing the road.
