This man according to Sapele Oghenek was allegedly caught while he was trying to steal steel rod in the early hours of this morning. He was giving a beating of his life and later chained by those who caught him.
The man was caught at cemetery road along rainoil Sapele, Delta state. The man who was identified as Iyke who lives along Crudas street, according to the report has been in the business of stealing and this is not the first time he's been caught.
